Welcome to CuteHTML LE. We've got a lot of great tips for getting the most out of your Web development session, so leave Tip of the Day turned on for a while. If you turn Tip of the Day off, it is available from the Help menu.
CuteHTML can give you browser specific Tag Tips while you are coding your Web pages. Simply go to Tools > Settings > Tag Tips and choose the browsers you would like your Web site to support.
You can edit the default template that is used every time you start a new HTML document. Go to Tools > Settings > Edit New Document Template to make your changes.
You can preview your HTML without saving it by clicking Tools > View In Browser on the Menu bar or the small globe icon on the Tool bar.
There are shortcut keys for the following HTML tags: Bold = CTRL-B Italic = CTRL-I Underline = CTRL-U
You can perform sophisticated find and replace functions by clicking the binocular icon on the Tool bar or by hitting CTRL-F.
You can save Code Snippets and JavaScript templates for future use. These are located under Tools on the Menu bar.
You can change the color-coding CuteHTML uses when you edit your documents in the Tools > Settings > Colors menu.
You can open and edit multiple documents at the same time. Simply use the tabs at the bottom of the documents to navigate between open files.
Word wrap will help you see your code without having to scroll horizontally. Simply go to Edit > Word Wrap and select or deselect the word wrap feature.
You can easily comment out parts of your HTML code by clicking on the <!.. Icon on the Tool bar.
